Finally i had my hair rebonded on Sunday... have been tolerating my "curly fries" for a few months... people have been commenting that something need to be done to my hair... The last straw is when i meet up with elmo and gang, kevin commented my fringe looks like the one on Superman... ARGHHHH!!! btw to side track abit it was an enjoyable and full of laughter night... i was so exhausted by the time i reach home... so much nonsenses and the ganging up of "suaning" of one another... too bad kevin have to leave first... :( and he had told me he is unable to attend my wedding cause he is in Japan and will only be back on 2nd Dec... he better bring me a NICE gift from Japan if not i will chop him into mince meat! haiz....
Back to my stubborn curly fries... i hate spending time doing hair in the salon.... it will usually takes at least 3 1/2 hours for rebonding.... the thought of sitting there and wait makes me feel like dying...It's just a waste of time cause i can spend my time shopping, idling at home with sk and doing some housework... besides the long wait, i m damn terrified of the hot tongs which is a necessity in rebonding, i always have the hunch that my face or scalp will be scald by it... And the pulling of the hair to ensure it will be straight is torturing to me as well... it feel like im in a fight and my hair is constantly been pull by arch enemy and will not let go unless my head is bald...
Lucky the wait is worth it... finali my hair is now consider silky and straight... my hair feel so much lighter and easier to manageable... Hopefully this time round the rebonding is durable at least till end of the year. Meantime i will just enjoy this precious period of silky straight black hair till the next ordeal :)
